Nairobi, the East Africa Regional Office is the operational engine of LBC-HLC. It is staffed by 20 professionals—local economists, engineers, lawyers, agronomists, and urban planners—who live and breathe the complexities of East African markets.
Cairo, the Africa Liasson Investment Office serves as LBC-HLC’s gateway to North Africa, the Arab world, and the Mediterranean basin. Named after the French word for “liaison,” this office specializes in diplomatic capital orchestration—facilitating high-stakes negotiations between African governments, Gulf investors, and European development finance institutions.
